You can try out OpenEvSys online right now on our demo server.
User name: admin, password: koala.
Note: we are currently building a new demo database with some sample cases. During this time, you will not be able to create records, but only browse existing ones (read-only permissions).
We will set up an “Administrator” role with full permissions: as well as adding and browsing data, Admin users can configure OpenEvSys, give or remove permissions for other users, add and remove users, change the layout and content of forms, configure search parameters, setup new controlled vocabularies, import and export complete databases, translate OpenEvsys into other languages.
Before you get started, we recommend to read the user manual on how to use OpenEvSys. If you need help, let us know, we can provide you with an live online tutorial.
Get a “sandbox”: free online hosting for one month
If you wish, we can provide you with your own private “sandbox”, so that you can further test OpenEvsys, with some of your private data, to see if it is suitable for your organisation.
